This October, MMUZZ invites you to Shanghai Fashion Week for an exclusive immersion into the essence of Belgian design. From the 8th to the 12th, our curated selection will feature ten remarkable brands, showcasing the best in ready-to-wear, accessories, lifestyle, and visual merchandising.
A Spectrum of Belgian Craft
Our ready-to-wear lineup brings together six distinctive brands, portraying a rich spectrum of Belgian craftsmanship, from minimalist luxury and sustainable creations to timeless elegance and hand-painted textiles.
Souâd Feriani offers a vision rooted in emotional craftsmanship, where sculptural tailoring, shaped at Antwerp’s Royal Academy, dissolves the line between garment and self.
OSCAR The Collection deepens the selection with a modern, minimalist vision of luxury rooted in softness and a delicate palette, designed to transition effortlessly across workwear, streetstyle, and special occasions.
Alongside it, STEF SERIES delivers statement pieces with purpose and designs that bring energy to any outfit while inspiring a more mindful approach to fashion, encouraging wearers to build on what they already own rather than constantly consume.
Marylène Madou contributes her museum-celebrated, hand-painted textiles, weaving intricate cultural motifs across fashion, and fine art.
Arlette Schmitz grounds the lineup with locally manufactured, inclusive designs guided by Wabi Sabi’s beauty in imperfection and a low-volume ethos that resists overproduction.
Finally, Serge the Label anchors the collection with a knitwear made in Belgium, where the signature diagonal stripe traces a quiet thread between memory, and the legacy of a grandfather who gave the brand its name.
A Spectrum of Belgian Craft
For lifestyle and accessories, our selection brings together McAlson‘s refined family-made loungewear, RaluFineArt‘s wearable silk art, and Escuyer‘s bold ethical accessories.
With a legacy spanning more than two decades, McAlson is a family-owned Belgian label known for its refined loungewear, blending European influences into comfortable, detail-driven boxers crafted for every generation.
The colorful, romantic silk scarves from RaluFineArt, created by artist Malina Catoiu, are made from her own photographs and are designed in Belgium and made in Como, Italy.
Escuyer delivers colour-block socks and hand-dyed leather goods, designed in Brussels and crafted in Portugal from Italian-sourced materials.
Creation in Circular Form
As for mannequins, BONAMI Mannequinsstands as a Belgian powerhouse in high-end display, with a legacy spanning over six decades across fashion, retail, and museum spaces, defined by precision and an ability to bring garments to life through form and posture.
The brand is pioneering a new frontier with Bonplast, a fully recyclable material that brings circularity to visual merchandising without sacrificing the exceptional craftsmanship BONAMI Mannequins is known for.
Authentic by Design
Though these brands range widely in style, and medium, they are anchored by a singular integrity of making. They offer a vision that feels organically derived rather than strategically manufactured, embracing a quiet confidence that Shanghai is primed to recognise.
From exquisite garments to cutting-edge retail solutions, this is Belgian creativity at its most authentic. Come see, touch, and connect with the stories behind each brand.
We warmly invite you to follow along as this journey takes shape. Over the next few weeks, as we’ll reveal more about the stories and craftsmanship behind each of our ten brands, we hope you’ll stay close.
We can’t wait to meet you in Shanghai.
